This week, we participated for the sixth year in a row at the annual medical conference organized by the Médecins francophones du Canada, of which we are very pleased to have been their nutrition partner since 2014.
Médecins francophones du Canada is a 100-year-old medical association, founded in 1902, to enable French-speaking Canadian physicians to meet, express themselves and prove not only the value of their training, but also, equally, the richness of their diversity.
The association offers its physician members across Canada continuing professional development activities and high-level services, including access to SOSCuisine.com as a nutritional therapy platform for their patients. (You can also see in the photos the dietary prescription booklet that we jointly developed with the Médecins francophones).
In addition, the dieticians of our team have been writing nutrition articles for the association’s members since 2015, and we are very proud that these articles are the ones that attract the most interest!
At the conference booth, we showcased our various “Accredited Training Courses on Nutrition” intended for physicians, dieticians and nurses, which we now offer as part of their continuing professional development training, under the auspices of the Médecins francophones du Canada, an accredited body by the Collège des médecins du Québec.
We also took the opportunity to promote to physicians the upcoming “Clinical Study on a Low FODMAP Diet for Irritable Bowel Syndrome”, which starts in January at CRCHUM.
