This cake is dense and rich and tastes almost exactly like lemon squares. It’s one of my personal favourites because it’s so tangy and moist and has one of the best textures I’ve ever experienced from a gluten-free recipe. It’s definitely worth trying.

This is the perfect example of a naturally gluten-free recipe that blows canned soups full of flour out of the water!
Chili is a great comforting meal for winter or summer. Spicy for summer to make you sweat and keep you cool, milder for winter so you can curl up with a nice steaming bowl. Yummy!
