You’ve surely already made oven baked vegetables and know it’s delicious. By adding a protein, sausage, you have a complete meal as simple as anything. Few ingredients, minimum preparation and nearly no washing up. What more could you ask for?
Stuffed chicken, sounds complicated? On the contrary, with a few ingredients you can obtain a surprising result. Here, we’ve used Oka cheese, (a semi-hard cheese from Quebec) and pears. There’s nothing stopping you making the same recipe with the cheese and fruits (apples, for example) you find in your fridge.
