Médecins francophones du Canada and SOSCuisine.com jointly developped this Dietary Prescription pad, that you can use to help your patients eat healthy according to their needs and condition. It is like a normal prescription pad and presents several situations for which diet can be effective, either per se or as an adjunct to treatment, based on the latest scientific evidence available.
