Absolutely delicious and I'm not ham fan. I didn't change a thing in this recipe. Just remember to put about 3 parts of pineapple to one part lemon and the lemon should not be overpowering.
Not usually ham fan, especially baked. But this method makes a tasty piece. Agree to watch you lemon/pineapple ratio as that sauce can be quite sour (good sour).
