Ingredients

1 bananas, small, smashed 150 g
1/2 tsp matcha (fine powder green tea), or more to taste 1 g
2 tsp maple syrup 10 mL
65 g soft tofu 1/4 cup
1 cup kefir 250 mL

Before you start

A blender or food processor will be very useful for this recipe.

Method

  1. Crush the banana on a little dish, then mix in the matcha. Transfer the mixture to a food processor or blender. Add the syrup, tofu, and kefir.
  2. Process on the highest speed until a well-blended purée forms, about 1 or 2 min. Serve.
