Yum! Very easy to make, my kids help me make it too which was fun. I did not have honey, so just added a few tsps of white sugar. I tasted it before adding the sugar and probably could have gotten away without the sugar or honey, it would have just been more tart and less sweet! Worked very well with the sugar if you are stuck. I used Silken Tofu.
PLEASE use the specified type of tofu, i.e. SILKEN TOFU, otherwise expect disappointing results. Silken tofu is very creamy to start with and blends well with the fruits. All other types of tofu will bring an unpleasing texture. Please do follow the instructions!!!
